THE xxxx OF THE EARTH WORKS HERE! LAKELAND DODGE IS A FRAUD COMPANY WITH VERY DECEITFUL EMPLOYEES WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! LIARS AND COWARDS! When I did a test drive on the Infiniti with Billy, I asked him if everything was working good and he told me, "Yes. It just needs more washer fluid (since the light for it was on). They wouldn't even take my current vehicle as a trade in. The next day, my husband drove it and noticed some issues, so I called and said that there seemed to be some things wrong with it that I wanted to bring to their attention. A few days later, I brought the car back to get detailed and have them look at things that were not working properly. I waited 5 hours and Eddie Kriedman (service) told me that since it's an Infiniti, they would have to send me to Wesley Chapel Nissan to get looked at. I was told by Eddie that they would cover ALL the expenses to fix it. So I took it over there. Phillip at Wesley Chapel Nissan was helping me and informed me of some major repairs needed in the engine, totally around $7,000!. He sent the report to Eddie and all Eddie replied to him was DIAG. I called repeatedly for days trying to get ahold of him or the manager, Jason Doherty, and left voicemails. No one called me back. When I finally got ahold of Eddie, he said he emailed Phillip. But still all that was said was DIAG. At this point, I called Capital One Auto and had them pause my loan until this was sorted out. So I took the Infiniti back to Wesley Chapel Nissan, requested by Eddie, for the diagnostic on Friday, 9/12. Phillip emailed his the results immediately. I tried calling Eddie on Monday and then emailed him asking what they said and he told me, "WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT NOW ON THIS." Next day, I emailed again and asked what they said. He said, "No response yet." My husband and I decided just to drive all the way back to Lakeland Dodge from Tampa to do this in person. Billy told us the manager and Eddie were having a meeting about us and would take 30 min. We sat there waiting for an hour and a half and a manager never came out to talk to us. We had to leave and I was in tears and some other staff member starting talking to me and I told him what was going on. He went in the back to find out and came back out saying that they wouldn't fix the major repairs on the car. I tried to tell him I needed to give the car back then and he said I can't do that then he ran away and disappeared. My husband then took the keys and told some people behind the sales manager desk that we are leaving the vehicle there to return it and pointed to the vehicle and we left. I called Capital One Auto again to cancel the loan. They told me that I had to do it at the dealership. I emailed the finance manager, Bryan Valez, and told him everything that happened. He said he just got back from vacation and would talk to the manager and let him know about the situation. I never heard back from him again. So almost a month went by and I never heard a word from the dealership. I went back on 10/15 with my mother. Conveniently, the general manager and the finance manager (again) were "on vacation." So we talked Eddie Kriedman and he was very smug and even said that he was never in a meeting with the manager when my husband and I were in there. So someone was lying to us. He also said that the car had a 120 point inspection and there were no issues, which is interesting because they said they couldn't diagnose it there because it's an Infiniti. Something is not adding up. He told us that the vehicle was impounded, but couldn't tell us where it was taken. I sent certified demand letters and just tried calling the dealership again to speak with Jason Doherty or Bryan Valez and neither were there again! I just found out on where it was taken on 11/4 when I called the loan company because no one notified me. We paid $1,210 to get it out of the impound lot on 11/5 and made a car payment. More

We had worked with a salesman by the name of Omar. We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar told us he would call in 20min to finalize the deal....then get a call in 5 min the vehicle we had been negotiating on had been sold. Lakeland Chrysler and dodge wouldn't do anything to help fix our issue. I wouldnt send any business to this dealership in the near future. More
