We had worked with a salesman by the name of Omar. We worked a deal on our trade in and secured our financing for a used vehicle and also talked terms and scheduled a time to pick up the vehicle. Omar told us he would call in 20min to finalize the deal....then get a call in 5 min the vehicle we had been negotiating on had been sold. Lakeland Chrysler and dodge wouldn't do anything to help fix our issue. I wouldnt send any business to this dealership in the near future. More

Bought a 2020 dodge durango GT from these Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on the vehicle. My new gmc didnt need pads til 60k. So thhey owe me $70 and 2 hrs labor at thier rate plus the rotors are trashed from the grinding with no pad left.. Customer service was an unorganized, unprofessional mess. I make an appointment then they tell me it will be the end of the day....my appointmemt was 11am. It takes a pro about 1 hr. If I had to do it again I could do it in that. So maybe even less. More

I purchased a Used Truck from them. My Salesman was Mo. The sales staff are Awesome. They worked with me, and bent over backwards to make the deal that I wanted. And they earned my business. The Finance De The sales staff are Awesome. They worked with me, and bent over backwards to make the deal that I wanted. And they earned my business. The Finance Department is a different story. The Finance Manager is James Arnold, that man is useless. Most days he is either off,or does not come in until 12 or 2 p.m. He will not work for you. He will not call you back. He will not do what he says he will do. He is worthless. I don't know how he got the position he is in, he does not deserve it. If you decide to buy from Lakeland Dodge, do yourself a favor and don't have James Arnold anywhere in the deal. Should be fired for being so sorry of a employee. Sales is Great. James Arnold is the reason for my low rating. Had to get a nice Lady named Jennifer to do the job that James Arnold would not do. More

My fiance and I leased a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this dealership on 7/23/20. We traded in a 2015 Cadillac ATS. About a month later, we start getting notifications from the bank telling us that we m this dealership on 7/23/20. We traded in a 2015 Cadillac ATS. About a month later, we start getting notifications from the bank telling us that we missed a payment on the ATS. This is especially odd seeing as we used the same bank for the Jeep and the ATS. I contact the bank, they tell me that they have no record of us leasing the Jeep and they have not been sent the payoff for the ATS by the dealership. So, I contact the dealership. They assure me that the payoff has been sent but there is just a delay due to COVID. About a week later, we get a call from the dealership saying they need us to come back because they had given us the wrong lease form...over a month after leasing the vehicle. We are assured that this is not a big issue and everything will be fine. Nearly 2 months later and this dealership has not sent the payoff to the bank for the Cadillac and now the Jeep is showing up on our bank account. The dealership paid the lease payment for the 2 months that we had the Jeep and could not make payments on it since they screwed up the paperwork but they did not pay the late fees. Now we have the bank asking us for over $1000 in payments for the Jeep and Cadillac plus late fees for both. On top of all of this, the dealership hasn't refunded us for fuel after we had to fill the Jeep's tank ourselves the day we bought it because the dealer's fuel pump was broken. I have called 5-6 times and have been given the runaround or had my voicemails flat-out ignored. Finally, my fiance and I take the day off work so one of us could stay at home with our 1 year old daughter and the other could drive an hour out to Lakeland since no one could bother to answer their phone or return voicemails all weekend. They finally send the check reimbursing the gas, and they tell me that the check for the trade-in has been sent to the bank (but I've heard that before). When I was at the dealership they actually had the audacity to tell me that "All of this could have been resolved over the phone." Yeah, no kidding. That's why I called 5 times and got no assistance. They seem to think that telling me the check was sent the first time when it clearly wasn't isn't a big deal. They seem to think that me having to find out by the bank calling and threatening repossession isn't a big deal. They seem to think that them screwing up 4 times in 2 months isn't a big deal. I'm leaving the 1 star review due to the horrid communication and complete dearth of empathy exhibited by the people that I spoke to. It's hard enough to exist in 2020 without someone else's incompetence affecting your credit history and forcing you to miss work. This is the 4th new car purchase I've made in my life and by far and away this was the worst experience. More

Dishonest Josh Johnson, AVOID this dealership. I went to buy a used car that was advertised and JOSH JOHNSON, the sales manager, added a $1300 fee for "reconditioning" and a $250 fee "in case you I went to buy a used car that was advertised and JOSH JOHNSON, the sales manager, added a $1300 fee for "reconditioning" and a $250 fee "in case you need a second key". I was told by the sales person that there were already two keys and thus, I refused the additional fee. After signing the papers, they claimed that they couldn't find the second key. I talked to JOSH JOHNSON he and wants to charge me $250 for it. Basically, they lied about the key. AVOID this dealership and the dishonest Josh Johnson. If you read the reviews about this place and Josh, you'll see that there have been other complaints about them. More

Josh is a liar and the dealer is horrible I went in to trade a car and a motorcycle in on a durango for my wife. Joshua lee Johnson and tyler jacob sowers worked my deal. We signed and drove away only to find out 3 weeks later joshua called me at work said I needed to come sign more papers so after leaving work early we came to the dealer only to find out the milage to the lender was a lie so the loan fell through. We came back to get our trades and my money we got the car the bike wasn't their nor the titles. We came the following day only to find out my bike had been wrecked all the plastics were a differant color headlights didn't work deep road rash on the frame under plastic and on clutch leave check engine lights on wires cut for turn signals plastics and bolts missing the words dont even match on the plastics. I told tyler sowers and he refused to let me talk to general manager and only agreed to fix what he wanted to but he did admit that the property had been damaged. They swiped my debit card for a refund but it shows offline on the recipt and after 3 days I still have yet to see my downpayment. Horrible place bait and switch bait and switch bait and switch!!! That's how they get it done. All I asked is they is my property to be fixed 100% the way it was when I brought it I didn't ask them to change the color of my bike and largely the bike was never there property to do so because they did not finalize the deal I brought there durango back 100% the way it was even had already bought weathertech floor mats $368 so why did this happen? Someone please explain More
