Our experience with Richard and the service center were phenomenal. He provided fair and honest advice, pricing and feedback and didn’t try to pressure us into any add-ons. He offered to stay after the ser phenomenal. He provided fair and honest advice, pricing and feedback and didn’t try to pressure us into any add-ons. He offered to stay after the service center closed to have our brakes changed out on the spot and when we opted to schedule a later date he offered a car wash at no cost since we were there. Not only a great amenity but they did a really nice job cleaning it up too. Very happy with our service and would definitely recommend! More

Would never come back here again. I brought my 2024 BMW M3 Competition for a noise concern. Richard my advisor didn’t even bother calling me back for an update. They weren’t able to f I brought my 2024 BMW M3 Competition for a noise concern. Richard my advisor didn’t even bother calling me back for an update. They weren’t able to figure out what the issue was, nor did they even recommend any maintenance services. And the cherry on top is they couldn’t even provide a complimentary wash. STAY AWAY More

The service was quick. The facility is nice. The employees are all very nice. However, the prices for labor are through the rough. I went in for an oil change and spent alm The facility is nice. The employees are all very nice. However, the prices for labor are through the rough. I went in for an oil change and spent almost $700 for oil change and two filters. The service took 30 mins but the labor charge for each item was astronomical. In the future, I wish they’d at least give customers a heads up about all the add ons so they may be prepared financially instead of caught off guard. More

Bad experience. Dropped car off on 4/3. Didn't hear from Rich at all on 4/4. Received a video at 5:13pm with the cars's issues. I had to call Rich to get the est Dropped car off on 4/3. Didn't hear from Rich at all on 4/4. Received a video at 5:13pm with the cars's issues. I had to call Rich to get the estimate and time frame. He said he would send the estimate. Never received it on 4/4. I had to call BMW on 4/5 to get the status. I was informed that Rich was off on 4/5 so they transferred me to someone else who then sent me the estimate and informed me the part needed to be ordered and that it wouldn't get there til 4/8. Luckily I received a text on 4/7 saying my car is ready. Very poor communication here...really the first time I had a bad experience with you. More
