While in service department I was told it was okay to wait for car to be done. I waited over 4 hours, plenty of people were in and out and I didn't get an update until hour 3, after I asked. I was told 3 wait for car to be done. I waited over 4 hours, plenty of people were in and out and I didn't get an update until hour 3, after I asked. I was told 30 mins left and I waited an hour, when I finally left at 330pm the calling at 4pm to let me know it's ready. I had no problem coming back later, the service representative should be more clear at communicating, if the issues were something you should come back for later. However I believe they were doing cars ahead of mine because they felt like it. More
