First they took a very long time to get back to me, Richard stated he couldn't get through, but I got through, and put the claims rep on the phone with him,and I left the conversation, in the write up Richard stated he couldn't get through, but I got through, and put the claims rep on the phone with him,and I left the conversation, in the write up report stated that customer didn't change the oil, all they had to do was look on window, and it indicated when last oil change, and than Richard stated that opening up your motor is about 8,000, your warranty will not cover that, if I was you I would drive the car until it stop running.....WOW very discouraging. When First purchase the vehicle I brought the car to you all, and brought you decent Money you were able to make off the car, this is how I get treated. Didn't take the time to review there history on the car, and the work they did. More

First time servicing my car at Orland BMW. I easily made an appointment on-line for a certain time in the morning, indictating I'd drop it off. When I dropped off the car, I asked how long it I easily made an appointment on-line for a certain time in the morning, indictating I'd drop it off. When I dropped off the car, I asked how long it would be and I was told an hour and a half. I came back after 1 1/2 hrs and was told it'd be another 1 1/2 hrs. It wasn't - it was another 2 hours. It took 5 hours to change the oil and brake fluid. No one called or texted to inform me of a delay. I was at the dealership 3xs (drop-off, pick-up, pick-up again). A loaner was never offered even though they acknowledge being backed up. I would not have minded the dealership saying, "here's a rental, come back in five hours". My day off that was going to be used to holiday shop didn't go as planned due to not knowing when I'd have to go to the dealership to pick up my car. More
