While the repair for the transmission was great, the work left a rattle somewhere in the rear of the car. I know, I know, take it back everyone will say but the inconvenience of waiting for a rental so they left a rattle somewhere in the rear of the car. I know, I know, take it back everyone will say but the inconvenience of waiting for a rental so they can figure it out is a PITA. I’m sure it’s a clamp or other fastener that was not torqued but in the day of following checklists and QC overlooking a repair this should not happen when driving a luxury car like a Cadillac. I expect more since I pay for more. Shoddy work like this? I could have bought a Kia. The transmission was fixed wonderfully though. It was the reason I had the car towed in. I just wish the repair was more thorough to include what want not the issue. More

They did the minimum for the service. They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it up so I had to drive down to their location. They were supposed to return me to my home, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I had someone pick me up. When the car was ready for pickup, They made arrangements to have someone take me to the service center, only to cancel the order an hour later. Needless to say, I complained to the service manager and I am looking for a new service center to take care of my needs. Any suggestions? More
