Very friendly and helpful! Only issue was the interior car wash was not completed. Cleaning bottle was left in rear seat and was still dirty and water was left all over the car Only issue was the interior car wash was not completed. Cleaning bottle was left in rear seat and was still dirty and water was left all over the cargo area mat. Texted Rachel and she apologized and offered an upgraded wash next time the car is in for service! Problem solved! Thanks so much! Always a great experience! More
