Hollywood K LLC Stole $84,000 via federal funds wire. Never delivered a usable vehicle. Took the money on 6/4/26. The defect was raised in writing relentlessly to no remedy. The only response from Hollyw Never delivered a usable vehicle. Took the money on 6/4/26. The defect was raised in writing relentlessly to no remedy. The only response from Hollywood K LLC was when they acknowledged the defect was known prior to inducing the buyer into signing the paperwork on 6/5/26 under post wire pressure. Then, days later, after the dispute was well known, the manager RENNER TOLEDO WENT AND SIGNED THE CONTESTED PAPERWORK ON 6/8/26. Today is 6/11/26 and the vehicle has been sitting for almost 7 full days without access by the buyer or exclusive keys. The keys remain with the previous owners possession. More

Took $83,355. 74 via fed wire on 6/4/26 as payment in full for a used car with delivery approx. 45 mins away from dealership. The car was never delivered or was 74 via fed wire on 6/4/26 as payment in full for a used car with delivery approx. 45 mins away from dealership. The car was never delivered or was never released from the previous owner. As of today, 6/0/26, the physical car sits in the new paying customer’s driveway without access or owner level control (which remains in the previous owners possession). The car does not start. The car does not function. Hollywood KIA reps have been continuously made aware of the issue repeatedly and exhaustively on a rolling daily basis. On 6/8/26, after days of exhaustive written and record notice of the defect (and outstanding delivery/performance issues) MANAGEMENT staff at Hollywood Kia attempts to lock the bad faith from unwinding. As is evident in the digital contract fingerprints: E-SIGNED RENNER TOLEDO on 2026-06-08 15:56:43 GMT MGR. [many docs e-signed] E-SIGNED RENNER TOLEDO on 2026-06-08 15:57:49 GMT MGR. was the digital stamp on the last signature. This looks worse than bad faith. Federally insured banking institutions were involved. Significant monies moved interstate. Hollywood KIA staff have expressly acknowledged that the access defect was known before delivery. They knew they the car they were delivering was a lemon and they did it anyways. Worse, Hollywood Kia admitted it in writing. The issue was not just the usual scams, such as swapping out the tires for bald ones and accepting $500 off books cash in lieu of the $3000 warranty that was being leveraged (a day after payment in full and no delivery) as a vehicle delivery hostage mechanism (they also did both of those things). The issue is that today is that Hollywood Kia seems to have engaged in an organized scheme to defraud and made federal banking institutions a party to same. For anyone who wants to see: text me, I’m an open book. I’ll send you all the docs, screenshots, recordings, emails, texts, etc etc etc. More

I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Hollywood Kia! Oriel was incredible from start to finish—he really took care of me, moved fast, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even Hollywood Kia! Oriel was incredible from start to finish—he really took care of me, moved fast, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Even with my credit situation and a low down payment, he made it happen and got me into a great car way quicker than I expected. The GM Ryan also came through and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell they really care about helping people, not just making a sale. I left feeling taken care of and honestly just grateful for how everything worked out. If you’re thinking about getting a car, definitely go see Oriel and the team at Hollywood Kia—they really go above and beyond. More
