Patricia  “Patty” Alvarado was excellent. She greeted me and my wife the moment we got out our vehicle on the Hollywood Kia lot. The experience was 5/5 I was thoroughly impressed to get the vehicle the same day at the price range I requested. The manager came over to help assist Patricia get me the monthly payment o desired and my wife and I was ecstatic. The kids are also thrilled with the decision we made. I was told to come by this Saturday to fill out a survey for Patricia to receive a full tank of gas.  Jesus, the finance rep also guaranteed a tank a gas if I filled out the survey regarding the insurance rep who helped me add the new car to my already existing insurance, and himself.
