I had an excellent experience buying my 2020 Honda Odyssey at Hollywood Kia. I want to especially thank my salesperson, Patricia Alvarado, for her professionalism, patience, and transparency throughou Odyssey at Hollywood Kia. I want to especially thank my salesperson, Patricia Alvarado, for her professionalism, patience, and transparency throughout the entire process. She promised from the start that they would honor the price without surprise fees, and they kept their word. Furthermore, when I noticed an issue with the A/C the day after the purchase, Patricia immediately helped me get the car into the service department to get it fixed at absolutely no cost to me. I highly recommend asking for Patricia if you want an honest, no-pressure car buying experience. More
