You should offer your customers loaner vehicles if you have to keep their vehicle. I live in Chicago and I’ve had to leave my car on two separate occasions and not once was I offered a loaner. To me that should be Standard Operating Procedure. I had to take Ubers back and forth to work which got to be expensive, so I took public transportation and that proved to be quite dangerous because I get off of work at 12am in the morning and trips that normally took 25 minutes to get to work and get home, was now taking me at least 2 hours. I don’t understand why the dealership doesn’t have an ample supply of loaners fro their customers, nor why they never even bother to offer me one.
