Their online service booking system was easy to use and amazingly available for a 7:15am appointment the day after a holiday - it was perfect. My rep, Mark was communicative, clear, and kind during the process - I never doubted he had my best-interest at heart. The Smythe team was able to fix my car and get me back on the road by the early afternoon...I was back at my house, multiple states away, before the sun set. I will absolutely be going back to Smythe if I ever have another issue while in New Jersey! More
