Apparently can't follow instructions. Wanted 1 FOB battery and they did two. Couldn't find why my tire kept leaking air. Was told a 10% discount and given 5%. I needed to pick up after se Wanted 1 FOB battery and they did two. Couldn't find why my tire kept leaking air. Was told a 10% discount and given 5%. I needed to pick up after service was closed so told them to put the FOBs in the console and don't lock the car. Car was locked when I got there and obviously no key as they had both. Fortunately sales was open so they found mine inside somewhere. Did a carfax they does not contain correct info. In looking up maintenance for the vehicle, this is NOT on the recommended list and articles say it is a scam to get more $. The article recommends only doing this service if the vehicle isn't running right. With 28000 miles it's running fine. Needlessly not happy with them. More
