Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when a vehicle has another issue so soon after a major repair. Our team always aims to be honest and transparent. All recall and warranty work on the vehicle was completed according to Hyundai’s guidelines. When the vehicle returned, our technicians found that the problem was caused by a damaged muffler, which is separate from the earlier repair and unfortunately not covered under warranty. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our team was dishonest or unhelpful. We worked with you on additional options and provided a free loaner for an additional day after your vehicle was picked up. Our goal is always to provide clear information and help our customers make the best decisions for their vehicles.
