register the vehicle yesterday afternoon, we learned the dealership was not even in possession of the title and so we could not register it but rathe

Nobody told us that would be the case when we purchased the vehicle yesterday. Somebody should have told us that the dealership was not in possession of the title at the time we purchased the vehicle.
