The James Wood service department makes it simple and convenient to take care of our Chevy Spark. We receive both texts & emails to remind us when service is due, not to mention discount coupons that sav convenient to take care of our Chevy Spark. We receive both texts & emails to remind us when service is due, not to mention discount coupons that save us a few bucks. Scheduling service is always easy & prompt. When we arrive at the service dept. we are always immediately greeted by Jared Laska, who is always courteous & professional. He listens to any concerns we have & always addresses them. Our vehicle is always ready sooner than expected & the cost is very fair. We always leave the service department of James Wood satisfied that our vehicle was competently serviced & glad that we bought our car at James Wood. More
