The drop-off was fine. But follow-up communication was poor. When I didn't hear from the Service Department at the time my car was supposed to be done, I made multiple calls to my service rep's direct line, and got no answer -- despite leaving voice mails. I finally had to call other departments to chase him down. I ended up getting my car many hours after it was promised and during rush hour -- which I was trying to avoid. My paperwork/finance guy (whose name escapes me) was also a 5/5. Terrific guy. Very quick/efficient, yet thorough. More
