The service manager Michael was very rude and stated for me not to bring my vehicle back after I questioned the invoice because they over charged me. I showed the cashier and one of the sales manager’s Bob the repairs online that was sent via a link to my cellphone vs the invoice and it didn’t add up or make sense to them either. I had to return the next day to pick up my vehicle and the invoice was less but still more and incorrect. I had to get a sales manager involved to get the invoice correct after showing him the charges that were online. Michael’s boss TJ still have not given me a call. Two days late after picking up my vehicle the vehicle shut off after I started it and the next day the check engine light came on. The vehicle is also making a noise when the heat is turned on and it was not doing so before the repairs. I have called the dealership twice to bring the vehicle back. The 2nd time I called I spoke with Collin and advised what as going on. He said he had to talk to Micheal and I still have not heard back from Collin or Michael. Michael’s customer service is very poor!! It was poor when they were servicing my Genesis and the issue I had with exhaust entering my vehicle after Family Hyundai replaced the engine and transmission is no longer happening after they just replaced the exhaust flex pipe. Corporate advised that Micheal stated I never brought the vehicle in with the concern after the work was completed with the engine and transmission, which is lie. If I didn’t have the warranties on my vehicle with Family Hyundai I would step foot in the service department. More

Mark listened to all questions and concerns, and immediately got me answers from someone else when he didn't know them off the top of his head. It is extremely straight forward to buy here, and ther immediately got me answers from someone else when he didn't know them off the top of his head. It is extremely straight forward to buy here, and there are no gimmicky fees or sales packages that they make you add on at the end. Truly the most competitive prices on the market. I couldn't have haggle even if I wanted to because there was nothing else that I had seen which beat these prices while holding the same quality. The only initial hesitation that I had was that I ideally would have liked to bring it to my mechanic before purchasing for peace of mind, but I understand why it is policy for that not to happen. They will allow you to bring your mechanic in, however! The car was very clean, and I anticipate it serving me for a very long time, but should I need to buy another vehicle in the coming years, this will be the first place I look to do business with. More

I want to express my deepest gratitude to TJ Schmiitt, the Director of Service, for his incredible support and compassion during a challenging time. We first met TJ during the COVID-19 pandemic when our c the Director of Service, for his incredible support and compassion during a challenging time. We first met TJ during the COVID-19 pandemic when our car was stolen, and the motor failed. It was a difficult year for our family, especially since we have a son with disabilities, and a car is essential for his care. TJ went above and beyond to secure us a car while we waited for a new motor from Hyundai, despite the long delays caused by the pandemic. Throughout this process, TJ was considerate, caring, and attentive. After the motor was finally replaced, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. TJ initially changed the hose, but the air leaked again. Due to COVID-19, we couldn't return immediately to address the issue. Recently, with the unbearable heat wave, our son's discomfort became a pressing concern. I called TJ, and despite being busy with many other cars, he took the time to call me back a few days later and promptly got our car in to check for leaks with dye. TJ's timely assistance and dedication came at the perfect time, making a huge difference for our family during this extreme heat. We can't thank him enough for being such a caring and respectful person. He truly embodies excellent customer service, and we're grateful for his unwavering support. More
