ALWAYS I have a great service experience with James Woods of Denton, not so this time. Spent $4300 on repairs and the main reason I brought my vehicle in was not addressed. I was told more testing would need to be done and I would have to pay another diagnostic fee. Called and spoke with vehicle in was not addressed. I was told more testing would need to be done and I would have to pay another diagnostic fee. Called and spoke with the manager, who said to bring it back and they would waive the diagnostic fee (which was appreciated) but me bringing it back and leaving in the shop again is an inconvenience. More
