Spent $4300 on repairs and the main reason I brought my vehicle in was not addressed. I was told more testing would need to be done and I would have to pay another diagnostic fee. Appt at 7 am, rep nowhere to be found. Rep asking me what needed to be done on an appt for ordered parts. System was down.
