Spent $4300 on repairs and the main reason I brought my vehicle in was not addressed. I was told more testing would need to be done and I would have to pay another diagnostic fee. Called and spoke with vehicle in was not addressed. I was told more testing would need to be done and I would have to pay another diagnostic fee. Called and spoke with the manager, who said to bring it back and they would waive the diagnostic fee (which was appreciated) but me bringing it back and leaving in the shop again is an inconvenience. More

Appt at 7 am, rep nowhere to be found. Rep asking me what needed to be done on an appt for ordered parts. System was down. Told me shouldn’t have showed up until 8 as techs aren’t there Rep asking me what needed to be done on an appt for ordered parts. System was down. This on top of taking 3 hours for a diagnostic where the agent said my bad, that’s on me for taking so long. Don’t like the agent and won’t be back. More
