I am used to having free oil change /tire rotation/alignment for the first 5yrs or 100k miles with Toyota. Kia doesn't provide alignment even when they are the ones doing the rotations, I believe that service should be provided. It is not going to break their bank but it would show customer appreciation after expending new vehicle prices right now.

Approximately 2-3 weeks go by and they finally offer to let me rent a car, when they previously said they do not do that. Basically I had been driving my car for 3 weeks with a bad engine and no A/C. This visit was mishandled from start to finish.
