I had my Kia in for various recalls for the 2013 shortage. Staff were polite friendly and most of all gave me all the information as to what was going to be addressed. I am waiting on a few more re shortage. Staff were polite friendly and most of all gave me all the information as to what was going to be addressed. Very good experience. They told me upfront that it would take 3 hours and offered their shuttle to take me to Mayfair. I got to do some shopping and have a nice lunch. The waiting area is very comfortable with different seating. Water, coffee, tea, and snacks. It is also great to have a team of service advisors who can check you in and out. seating.
