A simple one day service appointment led to 8 days to complete an inspection. First issue: not enough techs to complete the service on Day 1. After several attempts of trying to renew my vehicle, I had complete an inspection. First issue: not enough techs to complete the service on Day 1. After several attempts of trying to renew my vehicle, I had to bring to their attention that the DMV did not receive the information. They should have caught that, not me. Returned the car, a week later, second issue: their machines were not working. Three days later, all was completed. AJ was great, he kept me updated and he made everything right after a very stressful situation. Thank you for keeping me calm. Great customer service. More

They were very difficult to communicate with they wouldn’t tell me how much an oil change cost when I was on the phone with them and just kept saying don’t worry we’ll take care of you, which is not wouldn’t tell me how much an oil change cost when I was on the phone with them and just kept saying don’t worry we’ll take care of you, which is not an answer and not a number and not helpful. they’re generally overpriced and very slow and difficult to communicate with the only reason I went is because they emailed me a discount in the email for an oil change tire rotation for 5995 extra for synthetic and they wouldn’t tell me how much extra I had to call back and pretend I was someone else and asked them their price for a synthetic oil change to find out that it’s $20 more and that’s just ridiculous that I should’ve had to do that. They also wanted to charge me $40 to have the wheels balanced even though they didn’t need it and it’s a brand new car. They also used to include the tire rotation for free with your oil change if you bought the car there and I traded my car in after only a year and all of a sudden they said they don’t do that anymore so I was gonna stop going there, but they sent me a coupon for an oil change entire rotation for $59.95 synthetic extra so that’s the only reason that I came and gave them another chance More
