When they did the multi-point inspection they made me aware of an alignment problem, which I authorized them to fix. The servicing and alignment on my car was completed within the time I was given at check in.. My only complaint is the lack of services included once you purchase a new vehicle. I am used to having free oil change /tire rotation/alignment for the first 5yrs or 100k miles with Toyota. Kia doesn't provide alignment even when they are the ones doing the rotations, I believe that service should be provided. It is not going to break their bank but it would show customer appreciation after expending new vehicle prices right now. More
