I had a very good service experience . All of the staff members I had contact with were courteous and friendly. I had an appointment and the service representative was ready to check me in All of the staff members I had contact with were courteous and friendly. I had an appointment and the service representative was ready to check me in when I arrived. When they did the multi-point inspection they made me aware of an alignment problem, which I authorized them to fix. The servicing and alignment on my car was completed within the time I was given at check in.. I also used the shuttle service and was very pleased with the prompt pickup and return back to the dealership. More

The visit was fine, although It seems like I am there every month with new recalls for my 2023 Telluride. Employees are friendly and the facility is clean. My only complaint is the lack of services inclu every month with new recalls for my 2023 Telluride. Employees are friendly and the facility is clean. My only complaint is the lack of services included once you purchase a new vehicle. I am used to having free oil change /tire rotation/alignment for the first 5yrs or 100k miles with Toyota. Kia doesn't provide alignment even when they are the ones doing the rotations, I believe that service should be provided. It is not going to break their bank but it would show customer appreciation after expending new vehicle prices right now. More
