Gabe Williams frontm sales was great to work with, he was attentive, answered all my questions, and was very informative. In short; Gabe was a pleasure to work with. I do have an issue with a few unavoidab attentive, answered all my questions, and was very informative. In short; Gabe was a pleasure to work with. I do have an issue with a few unavoidable add on fees from the dealer. The Resistall that was tacked on at $990. Listed on site as $980. But my bigger issue is this mandatory add-on, only good for 1 year. If I remember correctly, I had the option to purchase add on package(s) for the term of my lease for far less money. I was not offered vehicle home delivery, which I would have accepted as I needed to get a ride to pickup the purchased vehicle. More

Overall I had a good experience working with the staff at the dealership. I live over a hundred miles from the store and they easy work with me from coming to test drive and to finalize my purchase. They were extraordinarily friendly, willing to work with me on price and held the car I was looking at for quite a while which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a good car buying experience and I would me on price and held the car I was looking at for quite a while which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a good car buying experience and I would likely shop with them again but only if I was close enough to see the car in person before purchasing. I did not like that I was not consulted before the application of resistall. This lead to a nearly $1k additional cost that I would have definitely opted out of. I also didn't like that they placed a dealer badge on the vehicle and said they would remove it when I asked but did not do so. I also asked about any visible damage to the car, they said there was none, but when I arrived there was a small tear in the headliner and a couple spots with chipped paint. I ended up going through with the deal, but I would have appreciated more transparency with these things. Again, mostly a positive experience. I enjoyed working with Bobby, Travis and Gabe. I felt they treated me fairly and were looking out for my best interests. However, I can't ignore the issues highlighted above. More
