This was without a doubt one of the finest examples of a slaes team getting me together and putting together a really fantasric deal. Every problem had a solution. I had an extremely positive experience. Josh was really helpful and very relatable; seems like the kind of person I would love to hang out with. I was nervous about using a non-local dea Josh was really helpful and very relatable; seems like the kind of person I would love to hang out with. I was nervous about using a non-local dealer but this was worth the drive and more. There was the tiniest of scratch from shipping and they let me know as soon as it was noticed. They offered multiple solutions to make it right. This is a level of honesty that is becoming rare today. To be honest from my side I might not have even noticed, a lesser dealer might have said nothing. I have developed a large amount of trust for the dealer as a whole in a very short amount of time. I have complete trust taking my vehicle there to be serviced; I got to experience first hand the honesty of the dealership and Josh. This is the kind of customer service that everyone hopes for but is rare toady. As far as Im concerned this is the only dealer worth dealing with in NC. The finance manager got me an incredible deal and was not overly pushy when it came to extended warranties and the like. I am extremely happy with the deal I got and the level of customer service that I was given overall. Fantastic experience. More
