I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSH 9 MONTHS HAVING MY VEHICLE, THEY CALL AND SAY ITS READY. I GO TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. THE COOLANT PUMP WAS OUT. THIS DEALERSHIP PUT AN OLD COOLANT PUMP ON A BRAND-NEW MOTOR. I PERSONALLY, WOULD HAVE CALLED THE CUSTOMER TO ASK IF THEY WANTED A NEW PUMP ON A NEW MOTOR. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. ZERO FOLLOW UP CALLS, THE SERVICE TECH WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS OR ANSWER THE PHONE. ONCE I FINALLY GOT UPSET THE SERVICE MANAGER STEPPED UP (DOUG) THANK YOU.. More

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jarrett Abel in the service department, and I can confidently say he is one of the most knowledgeable and professional advisors I have encountered in recent years in the service department, and I can confidently say he is one of the most knowledgeable and professional advisors I have encountered in recent years. From the moment I arrived for my scheduled appointment, Jarrett was ready to assist. He had a service loaner car waiting for me, anticipating my busy schedule for the day. Not only did he promptly confirm all of my vehicle’s mechanical issues, but he also double-checked my contact information to ensure everything was accurate before I left. Throughout the day, Jarrett kept me informed with clear and timely updates, making sure I knew when my vehicle would be ready. Customer waiting area is nice. However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the servic However, Customer Service is very poor. When you schedule a Service for a specific item. Being told after arriving that the time is for the service writer to log in your car and set up the mechanic to do the work. My appointment was for an item that takes less than one hour for completion. I was there 3 hours and left without taking advantage of your. "Free Carwash" because I had already been there 3 HOURS. Please rethink your procedures. MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE!!! More

I've bought vehicles and used James Wood's Service for over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long. An oil change and a tire rotation shouldn't take 3 t over a decade. I'm very happy, but do wonder why the standard service appointments take so long.
