We had a great experience with our recent GMC purchase from Tom Clark Auto Park. The process was refreshingly different from the typical car-buying experience that most people dread. Erica Woods was an excellent salesperson—very knowledgeable about the product and easy to work with. General Manager Joey Yost stayed involved throughout the entire process, working closely with both us and Erica to make everything go smoothly. Don Litoff in finance made the paperwork quick and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we’ve already recommended Tom Clark Auto Park to others! More

Love taking my Cadillac here for service! I am able to wait in the very accommodating customer lobby area with all the necessities I need to work while I wait. I cannot remember the young mans name that greeted me when I pulled i n the bay and also made sure all was good before I pulled away when my service was done but he was the sweetest and did his job with the biggest smile. The managers were hands off, really allowing their salespersons to control the deal. Information wasn’t available, make sure you’re asking the right questions, and I recommend you do some research bef salespersons to control the deal. Cars are missing Monroney labels, that’s the window sticker, and the managers were quick to say “just sign here,” before reviewing any terms during the deal and even in the financial office. More
