Sales and Service at Tom Clark is always top notch. Always greeted with a smile. Always kept me informed. My concerns lie with the quality of the GM product. I currently own a 2026 GMC Acadia Denali Ul Always greeted with a smile. Always kept me informed. My concerns lie with the quality of the GM product. I currently own a 2026 GMC Acadia Denali Ultimate AWD. Have 2000 miles on the vehicle. So far they have completely replaced the engine and one broken brake pad monitor sensor. Also just received the notice that my vehicle is in the category that has a condition where coolant leaks from the radiator hose quick connect at the radiator inlet. The notice states Not to bring the vehicle in unless you believe your vehicle has the condition described in the notice. GM is providing owners that exhibit the leak condition. within 5 years or 60K miles they will fix it for free. When I purchased my car I bought a loaded Extended Warranty that extended the factory warranty to 10 years/120000 miles. I would assume my warranty would automatically cover the problem they notified me about but technically I already paid for the service. Every day seems like an adventure owning a vehicle that demands that kind of attention. We are still concerned but taking it a day at a time. More
