My salesperson Duane Ashford was great. He was knowledgeable and helped me with my trade in and the cost of the vehicle to get where I wanted to be. His service was friendly, professional, and the process was quick and easy. I purchased a pre owned vehicle and understand there may be some flaws with those. I believe any issues whether mechanical or physical should be identifiable. There was a “Tom Clark Certified” sticker on the inside of my windshield at the very bottom. When I removed it I could see it was clearly hiding a rock chip that had been repaired, which has a small crack coming from it as well. The truck was detailed and clean, all stickers and advertising removed (except for the badge on the tailgate) when I picked it up. But that sticker remained on the inside of my window, clearly to hide the rock chip. To me that is not transparency and earning your customers trust. More

I told Duane what I needed to make a deal, he called back said he do it. He took care of the paperwork and when I got there I drove the truck, went through finance and went over the truck with Duane and was said he do it. I think talking to the onstar people was the longest part. I'm not the easiest car buyer and I'm aware of that but Duane was very accommodating and made the deal very easy More

He was very patient and calm with my 82 year old mother, who we had taken in to buy a new car. He answered all her questions and was great to work with. Everyone was friendly.
