His service was friendly, professional, and the process was quick and easy. I purchased a pre owned vehicle and understand there may be some flaws with those. I believe any issues whether mechanical or physical should be identifiable. There was a “Tom Clark Certified” sticker on the inside of my windshield at the very bottom. When I removed it I could see it was clearly hiding a rock chip that had been repaired, which has a small crack coming from it as well. The truck was detailed and clean, all stickers and advertising removed (except for the badge on the tailgate) when I picked it up. But that sticker remained on the inside of my window, clearly to hide the rock chip. To me that is not transparency and earning your customers trust. More
