Fadi and Dariush both seemed more interested in moving on to their next customers than with spending time with me to go over details of the car I was purchasing. I felt rushed through the entire process. We to their next customers than with spending time with me to go over details of the car I was purchasing. I felt rushed through the entire process. We had to make a return trip to the dealership to get answers on items that should have been covered on the checklist when I picked up the car. Candy was very helpful on our return visit, answering all of our questions in detail. So far we are pleased with the car, but we could’ve bought it at any Toyota dealership. I’ve bought three cars previously at Kings Toyota in Cincinnati, all were positive experiences. More

THE PROBLEMS THAT I SAID MY CAR HAD, HE SAID IT DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM AND THAT IT WAS FINE. I FELT THAT THAT PERSON ATTITUDE WAS NOT GOOD OR BAD. I FELLT THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE SEEN ON MY CAR W HAVE ANY PROBLEM AND THAT IT WAS FINE. I FELT THAT THAT PERSON ATTITUDE WAS NOT GOOD OR BAD. I FELLT THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE SEEN ON MY CAR WAS NOT SOMETHING IMPORTED FOR HIM TO CHECK IT OUT AND FIX IT. HE JUST SAID THAT MY CAR HAD NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, JUST BECAUSE THAT WAS MY FIRST CHECK-UP AND THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY HIM. I BELIVE THAT IF IT WAS NOT MY FIRST CHECK-UP HE WOULD HAVE AT LEAST WOULD HAVE PRETENDED OF FIXING IT AND THEN HAVE ME PAY. HE WOULD HAVE BEEN GLADLY SAY THAT HE HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM AND HAVE ME PAY THE MONEY. "DON'T TAKE THIS TO HEART IT JUST THE VIB THAT I GOT WHEN I WAS GETTNG MY CAR BACK." I MEAN I HADE TO GET MY CAR ALL THE FROM THE BACK PARKING LOT, HE DIDN'T EVEN GET MY CAR IN THE FRONT OF THE DOOR. I HADE A CHILD WITH ME AND HE TOOK ME ALL THE WAY TO BACK TO GET MY OUT OF THE PARKING LOT MY SELF. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF THAT'S WHAT HE SHOULD DO OR HAVE DONE. HIS ATTUDE CHANGED AS SOON AS I SAID THAT THIS WAS FIRST CHECK-UP. HE KNOW I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR MY FIST CHECK-UP. IF I HADE TO PAY I BELIVE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT. JUST HOP I DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THAT ON MY SECOND CHECK-UP. I BELIVE I WON'T SENSE I WOULD HAVE TO PAY. I DON'T MEAN TO BE ROAD. More
