I went in for oil change,sticker,tire rotation and wipers and I was there for over 4 hours. The wipers on the driver's side is streaking. In addition, in the safety inspection it had all 4 tires in the red, and I was there for over 4 hours. The wipers on the driver's side is streaking. Tires are only 10 months old and after reading your inspection report I had the tires check at Sullivan Tire and they were in great condition with tread 10/32 with the new tire at 11/32.
