Failed to notice I had a completely rusted control arm with a bushing that was nearly disintegrated. A week after I brought it in for service I had to bring it to another shop to get these repairs. I am c with a bushing that was nearly disintegrated. A week after I brought it in for service I had to bring it to another shop to get these repairs. I am concerned because if the bushing/control arm failed then my wheel could have fallen off. This is a tremendous error that should have been caught in the multipoint inspection. More
