I expressed concerns after my test drive of my 2023 Jaguar’s low coolant light coming on. My salesman made it appear to be no big concern and the vehicle’s coolant was simply “topped off” instead of be Jaguar’s low coolant light coming on. My salesman made it appear to be no big concern and the vehicle’s coolant was simply “topped off” instead of being sent to a certified Jaguar service repair shop to be diagnosed why the coolant had dropped such a significant level. Since my 4 months of ownership, the vehicle is now on its 4th extended stay at Jaguar for a chronic ongoing, daily coolant leak and pungent coolant burning smell from under the engine cover. The car is not safe and thus far has not been able to be repaired. Edit as of April 14, 2025: I received a call from Meghan Serrell, the General Manager today, who is now aware of the issues the car has been going through and has restored my hope, offering a buyback if the vehicle cannot be repaired properly. This was very reassuring and shows good faith on their part. We agreed to keep in touch after this 4th repair attempt from Jaguar to remedy the situation. More

Solid company, I was treated like an important customer every step of the way - even after purchasing.
