I bought this car from Russ Darrow a few years back. Since day one I’ve had issues. Every time they resolve them. But it’s always had an electrical gremlin. replaced battery five times in two years. I have always been impressed with the service and customer relation dealing with Chris. He is extremely knowledgeable and treats the customer with respect, all with a smile on his face. More

When I have needed service they were very prompt in providin My experience has been with the service department servicing my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I have needed service they were very prompt in providing maintenance and repairs. I have not had any issues with any repairs made. The problem was always solved. My service agent has generally been Chris Ziegler and he has bent over backwards to be helpful: however, I have had others help when he was not available and they also were helpful as well. What I have found to not always be true in other service departments was simply the fact that they did not listen carefully when I presented them with a problem. That has not been the case at Russ Darrow. More
