Cost was less then quoted I took our minivan in for an oil change, at that time they also quoted a couple repairs ( hoses that showed wear ). We decided to hold off on the rep I took our minivan in for an oil change, at that time they also quoted a couple repairs ( hoses that showed wear ). We decided to hold off on the repairs at that time. 6 months later took it back in for another oil change and to get the repairs done. The price ended up being less then I was quoted. Chris in service said the repairs went smoother then expected. That is honesty ! More

Basic service and attitude I brought our van in for a basic oil change and service. That was fine. Work done was expected as was the price. I wanted the tires inspected. I was told they had not been rotated for almost 20,000miles. I explained they r always rotated when the oil is changed. He said nope. He made it seem like it was my fault. When I went to pay the bill, I asked about a military discount. He said I already gave u a free tire rotation today. Also, is it professional for an employee to spit tobacco juice in front of a customer when standing at the service desk? I doubt we will be back. More

My sales person, Lucas, was knowledgeable, professional and responsive to my interests. Also very personable which is always a plus. The business agent, Tom, was professional and explained the process and my options clearly. This is my second purchase and I have serviced 3 jeeps here. My main service guy, Chris - and Paul and Rob before - has always been top notch. Simply, Russ Darrow gets the customer service side of the business. I highly recommend them.
