At the conclusion he had Lewis come tell us the price is 59.5k. I immediately approached Mr. Torres and said we agreed to 58.5 k, he informed me he would “fix it”. These incompetent morons took my vehicle to install a bed liner and then left me at work with no notice that they’re KEEPING MY TRUCK. No phone call, no transportation and no concern for the customer. They offered me “swag” from their dealer???? WHY????? How does that make up for this? INCOMPETENT IMBECILES. More
