We came in to look for a replacement vehicle as our 2019 X5 had run out of the extended warranty. We tried a couple of vehicles and ended up deciding on a 2026 CPO X5 50e, which we absolutely love. Michael took great care of us and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and all of the options as he was previously a BMW Genius. I highly recommend Michael if you are looking to get a new or used BMW anytime soon! We also got a fair price for our trade, which was great. Once we got into finance, I worked with Leo who was also so impressive and so friendly. He explained all of the options available to me and was very patient as I decided on which made sense for me. I ended up buying a CPO extended warranty and a few other coverages to ensure we can own the car for the next 6-7 years with minimal stress/worries. BMW of Ocala is like a family and every time we come for purchasing a new car or for service, we are always impressed by the team and the facility. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Thank you to everyone that helped us. I am forgetting the name of the BMW Genius that helped me but he was fantastic as well.
