Malcolm responded specifically to my interests and presented options clearly. He was relaxed and exerted no pressure. He was very patient as I vacillated and eventually changed my mind. I felt that we negotiated a fair deal and he made it a seamless process. I was so surprised he gave me a celebratory bouquet and cake. Malcolm also followed up with my questions and needs. I highly recommend him, and would not hesitate to work with him on my next purchase. More

My husband and I bought a used 2025 BMW X3 yesterday from BMW of Ocala. It is by far, the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We prievously owned a 2021 BMW X3. We brought it in for serv BMW of Ocala. It is by far, the best experience we have ever had in purchasing a car. We prievously owned a 2021 BMW X3. We brought it in for service. The service department was great. They did not push for extra services or parts that could wait to be replaced. We most certainly appreciated their honesty. While waiting we started looking at a few of the new cars. We inquired about a new BMW X1. Holley helped us design the car to what we wanted. When it came to the color of the car we wanted to see what the red looked like on a complete car rather than just a small sample. She had a used 2025 X3 that was absolutely beautiful. It had just been turned in the night before. The sales manager (James) and Holley came up with a very fair price for the vehicle. While they were working the numbers etc, we were offered soft drinks, and treats to eat. They were very up front with the numbers and did not try to sell us a lot of extras. When it came time for the financing, it was oh so smooth with Christina, with no surprises which was a first for us. Then Holley arranged for a BMW genious to help us get started with the features of the car. Tre was amazing. I would ask him to reexplain various item and he was oh so patient buy not condensending to us. We could not be happier. Thank you BMW of Ocala for such a positive experience. I cannot express my gratitude for Holley and all the folks at BMW of Ocala. We came in to get our 2021 BMW serviced and end up buying a 2025.She was upfront with pricing and trying to get us the best d folks at BMW of Ocala. We came in to get our 2021 BMW serviced and end up buying a 2025.She was upfront with pricing and trying to get us the best deal. There were no additional charges once we went to financing and she made the experience with everyone we we encountered absolutely wonderful. My husband and I were talking this morning and we felt this was the best experience we ever had buying a car. We had our older BMW serviced last week and we really appreciated the honesty of the mechanics and staff there. The waiting room was phenomenal. They met all of our needs. Holley made sure every person we spoke to was a pleasant experience from the manager all the way through to financing a car. She arranged for Tre to get us started on all of the technology in the BMW and he was so thorough. He did a great job.
