Buying a new car can bring about a lot of emotions. No matter how excited you are — especially when purchasing something like a BMW — the excitement can quickly be followed by the dread of dealing with No matter how excited you are — especially when purchasing something like a BMW — the excitement can quickly be followed by the dread of dealing with the stereotypical pushy car salesman. You know the one… the car salesman. Fortunately, that was not my experience at BMW of Ocala. From start to finish, the process of purchasing my BMW 430i Convertible was easy, relaxed, and most of all peaceful. My personality is very simple when it comes to shopping: I like to get in and get out. Before ever stepping into the dealership, I had already spent a great deal of time researching the vehicle I wanted. I wasn’t looking for a long sales pitch — just someone knowledgeable who could answer my questions. Antonio was exactly that person. He was incredibly knowledgeable, but more importantly, he respected my time and my approach. He answered every question I asked without pushing, hovering, or making the process uncomfortable. He was professional, kind, and genuinely personable — which made all the difference. I’m someone who generally prefers to make most purchases online because I don’t love being out in public, so having a salesperson who understood how to keep the experience simple and comfortable meant a lot. Thank you, Antonio, for making what can often be a stressful experience into such a positive one. I absolutely love my new car and truly appreciate the excellent service. More

I have been dealing with BMW of Ocala since 2021 when I purchased my X1. This is a first class business, for five years Brent Gustafson, the service manager and his team have done an excellent job keeping purchased my X1. This is a first class business, for five years Brent Gustafson, the service manager and his team have done an excellent job keeping my car in top shape. Last week I stopped by the dealership to explore the possibility to trade my X1 for a newer model. The sales associate that took care of me was Antonio Suarez who introduced me to an X5 Hybrid. Antonio did an excellent job, was very professional, knew the vehicle in detail and was able to answer all my questions, in an honest way, which made me come back the following day and purchased the vehicle, I highly recommend BMW of Ocala. More
