My husband and I were talking this morning and we felt this was the best experience we ever had buying a car. We had our older BMW serviced last week and we really appreciated the honesty of the mechanics and staff there. The waiting room was phenomenal. They met all of our needs. Holley made sure every person we spoke to was a pleasant experience from the manager all the way through to financing a car. She arranged for Tre to get us started on all of the technology in the BMW and he was so thorough. He did a great job. We came in to look for a replacement vehicle as our 2019 X5 had run out of the extended warranty. We met with Michael upon arrival who gathered information from us to guide us to the best vehicles to test-d X5 had run out of the extended warranty. We tried a couple of vehicles and ended up deciding on a 2026 CPO X5 50e, which we absolutely love. Michael took great care of us and was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and all of the options as he was previously a BMW Genius. I highly recommend Michael if you are looking to get a new or used BMW anytime soon! We also got a fair price for our trade, which was great. Once we got into finance, I worked with Leo who was also so impressive and so friendly. He explained all of the options available to me and was very patient as I decided on which made sense for me. I ended up buying a CPO extended warranty and a few other coverages to ensure we can own the car for the next 6-7 years with minimal stress/worries. BMW of Ocala is like a family and every time we come for purchasing a new car or for service, we are always impressed by the team and the facility. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else! I have been dealing with BMW of Ocala since 2021 when I purchased my X1. Last week I stopped by the dealership to explore the possibility to trade my X1 for a newer model. The sales associate that took care of me was Antonio Suarez who introduced me to an X5 Hybrid.
