Hello Mr. Farnham, I left you a voicemail as well. We came to the dealership on Nov. 14 at approximately 10:30 AM. Were interested in looking at the new BMW X1 - drove up, parked, went in, walked around - we saw what we assumed to be dealer-staff at their computers and talking outside but no one ever came up to us to ask what we needed. This was the first time that I've ever walked into a dealership and not been approached by staff. Nonetheless, the 2008 BMW was driven to Miami on Thanksgiving Day and sold to friends who had asked for the car when we decided to sell it. Drove back in a rental.
