I have been dealing with BMW of Ocala since 2021 when I purchased my X1. This is a first class business, for five years Brent Gustafson, the service manager and his team have done an excellent job keeping purchased my X1. Last week I stopped by the dealership to explore the possibility to trade my X1 for a newer model. The sales associate that took care of me was Antonio Suarez who introduced me to an X5 Hybrid. Antonio did an excellent job, was very professional, knew the vehicle in detail and was able to answer all my questions, in an honest way, which made me come back the following day and purchased the vehicle, I highly recommend BMW of Ocala. More
