Dropped my truck off with a new rattling sound. Last time I was there when I dropped it off I stressed that if they couldn’t do work that day I needed to go elsewhere as I had a trip the following day that I needed my truck for. After being assured it would be done 4 times throughout the day, they called me at 5:45 to say they couldn’t get to it. I like the sales department but have had awful experiences with the service people. More
