Brad wasted no time listening to my concerns, having a tech confirm the issue and getting my car into the shop for repairs. the process was quick and easy. my car was in earlier that week and out by the weekend in time for a nice Saturday afternoon. they even went a step further with providing my upcoming oil change during my visit so I would not need to return for months. the complementary car wash is always a bonus. Brad was great. Assured me everything would be fine, notified me that I needed to update my ECM and BCM, but said it was ok if I didn’t. I waited 5 hours for spark plugs to be replaced.
