As a 5 time vehicle purchaser I would like to see the sales and service offer some kind of customer appreciation discount. Also, very few if any new Escalades on the lot to choose from. If we had another Cadillac dealership locally I would be inclined to try them out after being a 20 year customer. More

I have been dealing with Bill Mc Lean and Steve Le Mon for years. I only go in for service when Bill is there as he is so professional and thorough with me and my car.. when I leave there I have 100 for years. I am 89 years old and I trust those two great guys. They both are super human beings and Bill is top as far as service goes. I know he is tough on some of the people but that’s what makes him a perfect Advisor if not Service manager. He expect a days work for a days pay which is what service is all about.
