Each interaction with the service department has been worse than the last. The service department appeared extremely apathetic to the issues I have with the 2022 EV6 from the moment I contacted them abo worse than the last. The issues were a charging issue (since addressed) and an USB connectivity issue (still not fixed.) The last interaction stemmed from a survey I was asked to submit by Kia after my last service. I also received an email from this dealership asking for a perfect score and if I gave them a perfect score I would be given a service credit of $25. I submitted my opinion with my concerns. I received a response from this dealership advising me to find a different service department if I felt I was not being cared for properly. So instead of addressing my concerns and trying to improve, their solution is to have me not return. I have no choice but to take their advice and share that advice with anyone who is willing to listen. I'm not entirely sure why I was sent an email today asking to review them again though. More

I purchased an EV6 from this dealership and everything went well. Within weeks, I had a charging issue and an USB connectivity issue. Understanding that electric vehicles are new technology I knew there went well. Within weeks, I had a charging issue and an USB connectivity issue. Understanding that electric vehicles are new technology I knew there would be growing pains. I brought the vehicle in and the service department could not replicate the USB problem and therefore "couldn't fix it". Also, at this time, they suspected the charging issue was not the vehicle. Fast forward two months and exhaustive troubleshooting (by me) it was determined that it was in fact the vehicle. Kia even put out a TSB for this issue which I had to bring to the service department's attention. Ok, so this issue was "fixed" (not really but this was not under Lou Fusz's control). I continued to have an USB connectivity issue. After several back and forths between me and the service department and supposedly the manufacturer (over several weeks) I was told that a software update was available and would fix the USB issue. When I brought it in I expected that the service department would know what the issue was... slightly frustrating after all of the time spent on this issue. After some questions and clarifications, I was satisfied. The software update went as planned. It did not however, fix the issue. The lack of resolution is not why I rate them so low. They get this rating because less than a week later I get an email to complete a survey. Upon completion of the survey I get a text from the service manager. Keep in mind that no one has contacted me to see if the software update fixed the issue. This text was not to address and fix any of my ratings on the survey. His suggestion was not to find out how they can improve; it was for me to find another dealership. I guess I will take his advice. More
