This time, in addition to the standard service and state inspections, the bracket which holds the rod to support the hood when opened, shattered. I called the Kia Service people, who arranged to have the part for my service, and installed it for free due to the age of the vehicle - while having no duty to do so. The staff was helpful and courteous, and everything was done professionally with no wasted time. A very good experience. More
