I have purchased 2 vehicles from Lou Fusz Kia. They will be the last. When I bought my latest car, a 2019 Honda Civic Ex, I told them I was concerned that the tires looked worn. They said there wa They will be the last. When I bought my latest car, a 2019 Honda Civic Ex, I told them I was concerned that the tires looked worn. They said there was nothing they could do because they were good enough. A week later, I had to buy 4 new tires because one of them failed and the tire dealer agreed that the others could go any minute. Lou Fusz Kia refused to do anything to make it right. I also bought the best extended warranty available. Since the car is a Honda, the first time I had an issue, Lou Fusz Kia said they couldn't work on it and sent me to the Honda dealership down the street. I had to pay a $200 deductible for the work even though the warranty company told me Lou Fusz could have submitted the claim as a subcontracted deal. Again, Lou Fusz Kia refused to do this. They were happy to sell me the car and the warranty, but they won't do ANYTHING to make me glad I gave them my business. I will not make this mistake again. More
