Honestly one of the best dealership service visits I’ve had. The oil change was done quickly, the staff was super helpful and respectful, and there was zero pressure to add on extra services. I scheduled an appointment for a recall and an oil change. I then spoke with someone in the parts department to confirm the part was available. The person repeated the recall type and confirmed the pa change. I then spoke with someone in the parts department to confirm the part was available. The person repeated the recall type and confirmed the part was available by using my telephone number. The day of the appointment I asked the service person(lady) how long was the recall going to take. She stated 45 mins. Total 1 1/2 with the oil change.. I decided to wait at the dealership. She came back giving me recommendations on my car. I agreed on 2 of those recommendations. Two hours later my car was ready with no work done for the recall. She stated the recall takes 4hrs. She quoted me a timeframe for a recall that did not have anything to do with my vehicle.. that was a lie because the parts department had the correct recall type. I rescheduled the recall the next week. During the second visit I was told my dip stick was broken(I was not told that last week during my original appointment after the oil change and the other things they recommended). I mentioned my concern to the guy(just so happened to be manager of service). The dip stick just so happened to be broken 4 days after my oil change. He asked for a moment and begin typing on the computer)I believed he typed the dip stick issue at that moment.. he stated they listed the broken dip stick under something else. I asked to get the dipstick covered by the dealer because it was not broken. He refused. I asked if I can get a refund if I can prove the broken dip stick was not listed on my paperwork he refused again.. this dealership is dishonest. I will not be back. More
