Had appt for 10/5, car was towed to dealership 10/1; I notified service dept that car was being towed and it already had a service appt. Requested a call back on the 5th with 'diagnosis'. Did not hear fro notified service dept that car was being towed and it already had a service appt. Requested a call back on the 5th with 'diagnosis'. Did not hear from anyone until I called at 4:00 on the 6th - car had not been looked at yet. Service rep (Joshua) said he hadn't been able to reach me. He had my number and did not leave a message or text. I went to the dealership the morning of 10/7 - spoke with Joshua - he kept insisting he couldn't get a hold of me because the call kept going to voicemail. However he did not leave a message or text. Nor did he get the car into the service center on the 5th when it had an appointment. Subsequently met with Adam Berry who was helpful. More

My car was there 30 days. They replaced my engine. Somehow I got my car back and now my air doesn’t work which was fine when I gave them my car. Called to let them know and si They replaced my engine. Somehow I got my car back and now my air doesn’t work which was fine when I gave them my car. Called to let them know and simple they said 299 for them to check it. But it was clearly working before hand it has been a very hot suummer. Yes my car runs now but it’s so hot with the leather seats. They communicate was also bad. I never knew what was going on unless I called or text. I don’t like that I took my car in with 1 problem and left with another one. More

Honestly one of the best dealership service visits I’ve had. The oil change was done quickly, the staff was super helpful and respectful, and there was zero pressure to add on extra services. Everything felt transparent and efficient from start to finish. It’s rare to leave a dealership feeling this good—definitely earned my repeat business. More
