Adam my service technician was great. He informed me that I missed some maintenance items at my last appt. The low rating is given due to I purchased 3yr/36k maintenance contract which s He informed me that I missed some maintenance items at my last appt. The low rating is given due to I purchased 3yr/36k maintenance contract which sold me that it would take care of all maintenance items for that period of time. But apparently it did not and on the invoice provided indicate I declined these items which is not correct. I keep my cars for greater than 10 years and expect the dealership to perform all maintenance items when I take the car there. Due to situation dealership lost me as regular customer. More

Aaron, the service professional, advocated for me with Subaru to extend my warranty to cover most of the expense, saving me o tire sensors replaced.
