He was professional, competent, and personable. I would recommend Shottenkirk Nissan Katy for repairs on Nissan Altima vehicles. Their mechanic Thomas or Tomas(never saw his name only heard it) did a remarkable job on the replacement brakes, rotors, and air conditioner box. The suspension felt better than new when driving it home. Thank you, Martin Ortega and team.
